I've read just about every Bethany-Kris book and love each one, and this one is no exception. What I liked about this particular story is that it's more romance-focused with the mafia taking a backseat to the overall story. Tommaso and Camilla are the embodiment of opposites attracting, yet they complement each other. Tommaso is feeling a bit...disenchanted with his life currently (how is that possible when your life is all about the mafia?) And then we have Camilla, who's the free-spirited type, and ambitious about achieving her goal of becoming a NICU nurse. She's the person who is able to light up a room simply from her being in it, and you'd be drawn to her, almost like a magnetic force.
