There's chemistry between these two, but it's also sort a slow-build type of situation, seeing as that there are people who are after Cherise. I was surprised by how things turned out and even more so, one person who was complicit in the goings-on involving Cherise; probably not as surprised as Dustan, but still, that twist in the story was definitely unexpected.
