This was my first time reading Lyz Kelley and I have to say that I was impressed and thoroughly enjoyed both of the books. Both books center around the Carver family, with two siblings each taking their turn in the hot seat of a potential romance. These are stories about characters who deal with everyday real life issues and their stories are presented in a way that makes you want to know more about not only the characters, but how they ended where they are when we meet them, and their journey to a forever love and a HEA.
First up is Wes and Courtney; I liked Wes because, as a billionaire, he could have been an egotistical dickbag, but thankfully he wasn't, and that was a breath of fresh air for me. Here we have a man who has a LOT of money and he's actually doing good and honorable things with his fortune.
