RELEASE BLITZ & REVIEW - Hooked (Boston Terriers Hockey #4) by Jacob Chance

Title: Hooked
Series: Boston Terriers Hockey
Author: Jacob Chance
Genre: Sports Romance
Release Date: January 22, 2021

Avoiding bad boy hockey player Marshall Winters has been one of my goals since he did me wrong four years ago.

However, with both of us attending Boston University and his younger sister being my best friend, it’s damn near impossible.

Then he saves me from a dangerous situation, whisking me away to his family’s cabin, changing everything.

It’s just the two of us, no distractions, and nothing to keep us apart except my own rapidly fading reservations.

Now, I’m getting hooked on the one person I shouldn’t be.

Another fantastic story for this series, I literally read this in one sitting because once I started, I couldn't put it down. When I say the interactions between Marshall and Clover are intense, believe it, because they vacillate between lust, love(ish) feelings and strong dislike. Given how long they've known each other, they definitely how to get under the other's skin with pinpoint accuracy. Things began to change between them as they spend more one-on-one time with each other, and seeing them open up with the other was great. Theirs is a slow-burn romance, with a good amount of emotions contained in the story that help to enhance their evolving relationship.
