Title: Sin & Discipline
Author: Lily White
Genre: Taboo Romance
Release Date: April 24, 2019
Lennon Carter first saw my face with his hand around my throat.
Shock widened his eyes, starbursts of anger for what I'd done. That moment should have been the last of us; our beginning and end. Fate, it seems, had other plans.
A dedicated musician, Lennon would become my mentor, my shadow, my protector and nightmare.
We were two discordant notes that somehow blended with perfect harmony.
Challenged to become a pianist as talented as him, I became Lennon's SIN, while he became my DISCIPLINE.
Another fantastic story from Lily White, who never fails to deliver a book that is way to easy to get sucked into and hard to let go once you've finished! This touched on a couple of tropes: taboo-ish (student/teacher), ultra smexiness (some BDSM), emotional, some angst, a bit of drama derived from another person attempting to interfere with Lennon and Amelia. The secondary characters are sparse, but the ones we meet briefly do help balance the story. Both Lennon and Amelia are developed fantastically: Lennon doesn't appear to be a manwhore, he's definitely an alpha who has the tendency to venture towards the asshole side of being an alpha, but those moments don't occur all that often. Amelia is the best and worst of being 18: she's sassy and feisty with moments of brattiness mixed in. She's innocence and seduction all at the same time.
