Not sure how I feel about this book; I enjoyed the previous 3 books (haven't read the first two), but when this book first started, I felt like this was an ongoing story that I missed part of; I didn't understand Tobias' cruelty and hatred he kept directing at Mae, and I wasn't sure how she came to be going on tour with his band to write an article. Despite how much Tobias seemed to loathe Mae's presence, he couldn't (or didn't) want to examine too closely or explain why he was still drawn to her. But like recognizes like and no matter what Tobias threw at Mae, she caught it and rolled with it, showing him that they're possibly cut from the same cloth when it comes to certain likes and preferences.
