Another fantastic romance from Layla Hagen! I swear this woman has a way of crafting her stories that are both sweetly romantic and plenty of bow chicka wow wow sexy without it coming across like something over the top ridiculous; she knows how to give us swoony, alpha men who aren't giant d-holes, and women who are smart, sexy, sassy, funny, sweet without being a Pollyanna (no offense to any Pollyannas out there). I loved falling in love with Robert and Skye; they're the perfect complement to each other. They're fantastic on their own, but once they're together you can almost see the energy and sexual tension between them. The story moves at a good pace and it's descriptive without being overly wordy on inane details. The dialogue is witty and snappy, and the sexy times are hella damn hot! The secondary characters really help round out the story.
