Review:
This is the full-length story of Dex and Alicia, and what happened after
that first night they met. The first chapter is a quick flashback of their
meeting in the alley, then picks up the story two months later.
After realizing how predictable she actually is, Alicia decides to step out
of her comfort zone and take Dex up on his offer, although she’s thrown for a
loop when she discovers that Dex lives in the same small community as her
unrequited crush. Lucky for us, Alicia decides to leave her big girl panties on
and follows through with her decision to stay for a week.
Not only is Dex becoming more successful at getting Alicia to move past her
feelings for her unrequited crush with each day, he’s also responsible for
Alicia learning how to explore and revel in her blossoming sexuality (and each
scene is hotter than the previous one!). The week progresses and they fall into
a comfortable routine of taking sexy times and turning them up just a bit
hotter with each go around; of course, just when the ultimate sexy time has
arrived, Dex freaks out worse than a $2 hooker in church when he hears his
former band’s song on the radio.
Both Alicia and Dex end up confronting their demons, although I thought the
way Dex treated Alicia after he learned who her unrequited crush is wasn’t
right. But that and a talk with her mother was a real eye-opener for Alicia,
but is it too late for her and Dex?
