Review:
This is an entertaining book that started off great, but by the time I got to the end, I was confused as to exactly how this story should be classified, and by that I mean Mikkel's the president of the Devil's Wrath MC and there are some scenes that deal with the club; then there's also the blossoming romance between Elora and Mikkel; but at the same time, with Mikkel being a Dom, there's hot, kinky sexy times. But for some reason, not one aspect stands out to me that makes me know exactly how to classify this story.
If this is meant to be a biker story, that should be the primary focus. If it's meant to be a romance, more romance please. If this is about the D/s lifestyle, I'd like to read more about that aspect of their relationship.
I will say that I enjoyed the dual POV, although it threw me off when we were introduced to Lisetta's POV at almost the end of the story, but I liked the way it was done because you can get a real sense of the fear she was experiencing. I wasn't impressed with Elora's brother when he was introduced, but he came through in the clutch when it was needed and that made up for his jackassery behavior.
Overall though, I did enjoy this book enough that I now want to go back and read the first book in the series to find out how Alreck and Vail got together.
