Oh, this book had much more going for it than I anticipated and I loved it! I went into this thinking I'd be reading all about sexcapades, and surprisingly that isn't the case with this story. What I got was a story that flowed along at a great pace, gave you enough information to keep you interested in finding out what would happen, but didn't go overboard describing feelings or events, or other frivolous details that don't mean a hill of beans to the overall story.

We get the story from both POVs (which I happen to love if done right); we meet Dylan, who has a "don't give a f#ck" attitude mixed with a charm that could win just about anyone over. But, obviously there's more to Dylan than what we initially get in this installment of the series, he has these moments where he becomes really intense, almost like a totally different person. He and Gemma have great chemistry and I love the banter between them; none of those stiff, awkward pauses that could happen, especially given how they met.

Gemma sees all too clearly some of the things that make Dylan tick and why he chooses to do some of the things he does, and when she calls him on it, he flips his s#it and bolts, usually leaving Gemma wherever it is they were (an hour from the movie set...Las Vegas). Seems like Dylan just doesn't want to face whatever demons he has and instinctively goes all hulk smash when she pegs something correct about him. Not good for her job, the movie or Dylan's possible comeback when's flown the coop from Vegas. I can't wait for the second part to find out what's gonna happen!
