This book pulled me in right from the start, and kept me invested right to the end, and I loved every minute of all the shenanigans and the chemistry between Stone and Emelie.
There are many layers to Stone Wright, besides being the hottest performer at Foreplay. In addition to working with his parents real estate company, he teaches dance to children and he's working on an audition for a nationally televised talent program. And he's hot. Like "dayum, he's hot like fiyah!" And since he's Australian, you know he's got that hot accent going on. And the man definitely does dirty talk like a second language. I'm down for getting an Australian kiss!
Emelie's still recovering from the injury that has ended her ballet career, as well as the devastating break-up right after her injury. She's out in L.A. visiting with her best friend when she meets Stone in the most inappropriate, but my-hand-on-the-bible-that's-so-hot way. Stone manages to work his magic to convince Em to help him with his audition routine and from there the romance blossoms. With hot, smutty, freaky sex as a bonus!
Of course there's interference from all of the parental units, as well as the reappearance of ED (you'll have to read it to learn who ED is!), and even a quick stint in the county jail. But there is a HEA for Stone and Em, and I couldn't love this book any more than I do.
