From reading the synopsis, I knew this book was going to be hot. But I damn sure wasn't expecting that much heat! There were plenty of times that I laughed out loud while reading this, and it seemed that most of times involved one of the other Alpha males, Blaze. But Rebel's best friend Remi is equally hilarious. She's got nothing but love for Rebel but is determined to get Rebel to loosen up and enjoy life a little. Nothing like signing your best friend up for some one-on-one with the top man of the Alphachat.com website to get you out of the rut you're existing in.
Lynx is the creator of the website, sexy as all hell, but with no filter and zero fucks to give. He wants Rebel, and goes the extra mile to get her, despite her wanting to have boundaries in place. There is some serious chemistry between them, and try as she might, Rebel's heart soon gets mixed up into everything between she and Lynx, but will it be able to handle Lynx's unusual job?
As much as I enjoyed this story, I do wish we'd gotten some more background information on both Rebel and Lynx. Lynx has a brother who apparently strong arms people for money, but there's very little that we learn about either character. But this story is so much fun and sexy hotness that you don't really even worry about something that's not an integral part of the story. I'm already looking forward to the next book, keeping my fingers crossed it's Blaze and Karma's turn.
