This is a quick but fun and sexy read and I enjoyed every minute of this story! Charlotte and Luke are hot like fire from the moment they meet, even if the fire is caused by the caustic behavior from both of them. Luckily the animosity between them doesn't last long and then we're treated to a sweet blossoming romance. Except for the part where they both acknowledge whatever they're doing is just temporary.
What I noticed and liked about this book is that there isn't any unnecessary angst thrown in; no one trying to get their claws into either Luke or Charlotte, although Charlotte does have a rather big secret that makes itself known close to the end. But that portion of the story went in a direction I wasn't expecting and I appreciated how it played out.
With this book, we get twin brothers Luke and Duke Wilder and their younger sister Molly, all residents of Shady Grove, Texas. It's clear from the start which of the brothers is the player, and it sure ain't Luke. Luke is the one who's all about monogamy and while he's not looking for a relationship, he's not adverse to one. He's just got his mind focused on building the family business into something successful.
