This book was pure fun from start to finish and I enjoyed every minute of it! The friendship between Kit and Kane (sounds like a candy bar lol) is the typical guy and girl friendship: plenty of witty, sometimes snarky banter, some flirty talk, but they're firmly stuck in the friend zone. Kane has done his level best to keep his true feelings for Kit on tight lockdown, until she produces the bucket list left by her cousin. This story is a mostly lighthearted and sexy friends-to-something more? read, but there's plenty of emotions when reading about Kit's depth of sadness regarding her cousin's death. But Kane is there for her in every way needed to provide her that emotional support.
