Not entirely sure what I read lol! This was quite the introduction to Kailee Reese Samuels; this particular story is the flipped version of Alice in Wonderland, and it's quite the read. Even after reading the blurb, the more I read the more I was just along for the ride because there's a lot happening in this story and I gotta admit, there were so many characters introduced I felt confused, almost like I needed a score card just to know who was who and their part in the story. My best advice before reading this particular book is to not compare this to any previous Alice in Wonderland story you've read or seen; although it's not an overly long book, there's a lot that happens and it felt a bit scattered to me, but it all came together by the penultimate chapter, and the last chapter explained what I'd just read and it all made sense.
